Age spots are a natural part of getting older and having spent too much time in the sun without proper protection. - Vitamin E: 400 IU daily
- Vitamin A as beta carotene: 25,000 IU daily
- Selenium: 200 mcg daily
- Vitamin C: 1,000 mg daily
